BSNL Cellone 3G service started in Waynad. Now three towns in district can experience video call, live tv and more. Buy a free sim card and change it to 3G without any expense . Current internet browsing charge is Rs 1 per mb. All Kerala video call charge is Rs 1Per minute unless you recharge Rs 98 flexy. After recharge the charge will be only 0.30 rupees per minute for a period of 180 days and 19 talktime will credit to your account. All other local call charge is 0.50 rupees per mb. The Nokia 5800 is a smartphone and portable entertainment device
by Nokia. [4] Code-named the "Tube," it is the first touchscreen-
equipped S60 device by Nokia. It's part of the XpressMusic series of
phones, which emphasizes music and multimedia playback. The
touchscreen features tactile feedback (though it doesn't utilize
Nokia's upcoming Haptikos technology.) [5] .
The 5800 has a compatibility mode for Java applications that are not
touchscreen-aware. It works by using part of the screen for
displaying the essential buttons required by the program.
On January 23rd 2009, Nokia announced it had shipped the millionth
5800 XpressMusic device, even though it still had not been fully
released worldwide. [6] In Nokia's Q1 report released on April 16th,
2009 it was announced they had shipped 2.6 million units during the
quarter, with cumulative shipments of more than 3 million units
since the smartphone's launch in late November 2008. [7] Q2 results
released July 16, 2009 reports 3.7 million units shipped during the
quarter and more than 6.8 million units total have shipped since the
release. [8]
After firmware V20, the 5800 Xpress Music have got a higher CPU
speed from 369MHz to 434MHz to match Nokia 5530 and N97
specification [9] . However, huge improved overall performance can
be observed at firmware V30.

EDGE.(Enhanced Data for Gsm Evelution) One of the mode for mobile telephone data transmission in the world , is available at panamaram through idea cellular. Idea is one and only service provider that give EDGE to everywhere its network exists. And the other main thing is that unlimited data plan or flat rate is available from idea. Other two major telecom companies BSNL and VODAFONE Are not giving such plan. Exception is AIRTEL but it not provides EDGE at panamaram or any other places in wayanad. If an Idea customer need internet connection on his phone , he can select from the following tariff plans. First is pay for browse plan that not bills any fixed rents to user but 2 paise per kilo bites charges. If 1 MB is used a month , he should pay rupees 20 from his credit balance. But if one is using a multimedia phone like nokia N 73 and a browser like skyfire one or two minutes is too much for one MB !
Second plan is daily rent 1 plan. That is 1 rupees deducts from account and provides browsing at half of first plan rates. There for charge for one mega bite costs Rs 10 only. The third and final plan is 25 plan . That plan need 25 rupees daily and giving unlimited browsing and downloading.
These lists are giving us a knowledge that gprs charges are much more in India as a networks competiting country. But not more than international level. Why An idea can change your life na ?

The greate indian mobile service provider idea changed their prepaid unlimited gprs data plan from 5 to 9 indian rupees. This was a shaking news of many subscribers like me. 'Idea' were realizing how indian youth will use mobile for internet access. They studied well about this subject. Their per kilo byte using charge is 2 paise . That is , 20 rupees for 1 mega bite. Only i used more than 1500 mega bites of data within 3 months with plan 5. I spent only rupees 500 but normally it was about 30,000. ! This may be they change their package to 9. I dot know . Do you know 3g ? If no search the term '3G' . It is third generation mobile network. Many service providers upraded their base to 3G. (foreign countries ) But india does not. Data calling speed in indian mobile networks is too low now. So, many of them are not gives several value added services.
